A good choice for a Palermo stay.

The room was spotlessly clean, modern & comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful & the shower spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was central & a short walk to the shopping streets & opera house. Breakfast was at a cafe on the ground floor. Good value for money.

There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like.

Overall good.

Centre to our needs with public car park in front.

Not enough water in the fridge, pillows too small, toilet seat loose. Shower grouting coming apart. Needs attention before water damage begins.

Very clean and modern rooms, great location with parking outside

It was a bit difficult to check in after 10pm, we were waiting outside for a bit for staff to come and help us into the building. We pressed the button for the hotel outside but we had to contact them via booking.com instead as no one answered

- There is no reception or gathering place like a lobby or something similar -The breakfast is composted only of pastries and a beverage of your choice - No parking spots/ only private parking which could be quite difficult to get into

Centrally located hotel good for a one night stay Good but with flaws

Receptionist was very helpful with lots of good tips. Loved advice to go to monreale

Plugs didn't stay in Sockets so had to hold hairdryer in. Also had to push bedside cabinet against plug for phone charger. Roller blind didn't cut out light from large light just outside window.

Naming may be confusing. I was expecting a real hotel with a breakfast area. Not a kind of room in an apartment with no reception and a 3 item breakfast in a bar 100m out in the street

this is not a hotel and don’t have breakfast

the single good point is the location somehow.. and it wasn’t dirty.

the “hotel” is over-rated. it can’t be a hotel with 3 stars only with 5-6 rooms.. the “breakfast” which is included in price it is a coffee and a croissant, next to the building to a bar. they don’t have kitchen or a salon where to eat. let’s say i understand that, but you can’t call it breakfast just a drink and a croissant. i paid at that hotel because they should offer us breakfast. we were very disappointed. it is kind of scam and it shouldn’t be allowed to put “breakfast included” in description. the same is king of scam the room named queen SPA. well if you don’t know. spa means only you have a bathtub with jacuzzi. that means spa for them. this term also must be removed from description. in bathroom there is no water leaking in the floor so after you take a shower is water all over the bathroom. booking team should investigate all these things because are very tricky and people are cheated.

Excellent location, bad breakfast, ugly immediate neighborhood.

Excellent location

Breakfast is only a coffee and one item in a nearby bistro. Photos are misleading. Having known that beforehand I wouldn’t have booked this hotel.
